Level3 is currently experiencing issues through their Chicago trunk to which we are attached; while this does not affect our equipment directly, users that use Level3 exclusively for internet connectivity will have latency issues reaching the Detroit DC. We have escalated this issue with Level 3 and do not currently have a resolution estimate. Transit through our other providers, Savvis, Global Crossing, Cogent and ATT was unaffected.

UPDATE: Current network testing shows that the Level3 latency issues have been resolved, though we never received confirmation from Level3.
